China Resource Training was established as a resource for companies struggling with these questions. Training Programs

We provide half day training programs on-site and online for companies that are targeted to your specific needs.

We start with a four part program that gives your China Team the background on why their interaction with the co-workers in China is often a challenge. In each session we break down the factors that develop different patterns in thinking and decision making in both countries. This program gives you the tools to work more effectively with counterparts in China and speed up communication and follow through.

Separate programs address the needs of your organization:

There are sessions that focus on how to develop negotiation skills and understand how to work and communicate effectively with Chinese counterparts.

For companies that are moving from an agent to sourcing directly we give you an overview of the identification and qualification of vendors. Companies used to working with US vendors often struggle with Chinese vendors, underestimating the amount and type of documentation needed to insure good production.

For companies preparing to open up an office in China we review incorporation, employment, and partnering issues. The purchase process in Chinese businesses is different – how do you find the person who can say “yes”?

Expatriate preparation will allow staff & family members to integrate effectively into China.
