Our Training Programs are taught by
individuals who have lived and worked in China. They are Americans who
understand from your perspective how things appear, and yet have learned
from the Chinese perspective what is really being said. These programs
are proprietary, developed by our organization and not offered anywhere
else.
Training Series -

This is an introduction to doing business in China and in this series of class
you will learn more than the surface cultural differences and become more
effective with your counterparts in China. This class goes beyond the basics
usually taught and delves into why we make the decisions that we do and
therefore how to understand the actions and communications with your Chinese

Maximize your Potential in China; Advanced Series
This
series is training for experienced executives who will develop a deeper understanding and improve their skills. This class explains the "WHY" behind the repetitive difficulties we have
integrating our operations. We have taught this series to executives who
are now or have lived in China managing operations, its been taught to
executives who have been traveling to China for over 10 years and they all say
I wish I had known this long ago. Note: integrates the management
