Training

Our Training Programs are taught by individuals who have lived and worked in China. They are Americans who understand from your perspective how things appear, and yet have learned from the Chinese perspective what is really being said. These programs are proprietary, developed by our organization and not offered anywhere else.

Training Series - All participants must start with one of these two choices:

  • Maximize your Potential in China; Starter Series

This is an introduction to doing business in China and in this series of class you will learn more than the surface cultural differences and become more effective with your counterparts in China. This class goes beyond the basics usually taught and delves into why we make the decisions that we do – and therefore how to understand the actions and communications with your Chinese contacts. • Maximize your Potential in China; Advanced Series
